Purchase & Preorder Guide
It's our goal to bring you the best range of Game at the very best prices! We'd like to be super transparent with you, so there's no confusion about delivery time frames. We've created this handy guide to help you understand where we get our games from, and how long it will take us to get them to your door.
An in-stock product is anything that is on the shelves of our warehouse and ready to send out. In-stock products ordered before 1pm Monday-Friday, will be dispatched on the same day.
Shipping is typically 1-2 business days within NZ however please check our shipping and delivery page for up-to-date information.
Do you want to get your hands on a game as soon as it’s available? We totally understand yo!
You can visit the preorder page to see any products that are currently available for preorder. We keep information like pricing and estimated arrival time as up-to-date as possible but if you have any questions just flick us a message. You can place your preorder and as soon as that product arrives in our warehouse we’ll get it sent straight away!
IMPORTANT - Unless you’re happy to wait, we recommend placing separate orders. If you place an order that contains both in-stock and preorder products, we will hold your order until the preorder products arrive.
Please note the release date provided is just an estimate provided by our suppliers; dates may change.
Can I cancel a preorder?
Absolutely! At any point before your preorder has been shipped, we can cancel and refund your preorder.
Why has the arrival date changed/don't you have a specific arrival date?
We will be updating the product pages as we receive more information from our suppliers so it really depends on them. But rest assured, as soon as we get updates on a preorder product, we'll be putting that information up straight away!
Can I preorder more than one item at a time?
You sure can! Just be aware that your order won't be shipped until all items have arrived at the warehouse. So if you preorder a game that's arriving in July and another game that's not arriving until November, you're gonna be waiting until November for your whole order!
Can I get the in-stock items in my order shipped?
If you've made an order that is still waiting on a pre-order item but you're keen to get the in-stock items now; there are two options:
1. We can split your order for a $5.00 administration fee + any applicable shipping fees.
2. We can cancel and refund your order and you can make the order again making sure to order the pre-order item separately.

Why has the price changed?
We may update pricing to reflect new information or to maintain our competitive pricing. Please note that as of July 2021 - if the price you purchased a pre-order game for is higher than the price at release, we will refund you the difference.
