We're packing all day Monday-Friday. If you get your order in before 2pm, your order will be dispatched the same day.
Make sure you check out the Shipping and Delivery page for any updates on delays - especially during peak times.
If you haven't received a tracking number from us, get in touch and we'll help you out.
If you have a tracking link but delivery is taking longer than usual to arrive, we recommend that you contact NZPost on 0800 501 501 - they will be able to advise the status of your parcel.
We use NZPost for all deliveries.

A preorder product is one that is yet to be released. This means that any orders that include preorder products will be dispatched once the preorder product arrives.
